Designed around 26” wheels, the custom-butted 6061-T6 aluminum frame features modern dirt jump geometry – 68.5° headangle, 72° seattube angle and short 385-395mm (15.2”-15.6”) chainstays. The high-grade aluminum frame enables a lightweight, robust build ready for whatever you throw its way. Available in three sizes, so you can find the perfect fit. Size-down if you want more of a BMX/responsive feel or size up if you want more of an MTB/stable ride.

KEEP IT SIMPLE

The frame is the core of any bike, and the DJ keeps it simple with a classic double-diamond design crafted from durable 6061 aluminum and a subtle INTENSE aesthetic. A forged chainstay wishbone adds strength and clearance, paired with 135mm rear hub spacing.

MICRO ADJUST

With a built-in integrated chain tension system, BMX-style horizontal forged dropouts allow for easy rear wheel adjustment that eliminates unwanted movement. With our proprietary derailleur hanger and a few component changes and additions, the DJ can be used with gears.

THREADED BB

The INTENSE DJ features a threaded bottom bracket, a top choice for riders who handle their own bike maintenance. Threaded BBs are valued for their ease of installation, removal, and upkeep, offering a durable and secure connection. They’re also less prone to creaking, making them a reliable, low-maintenance option—perfect for the demands of dirt jumping and pump tracks.

Tapered Head Tube

The tapered head tube on the INTENSE DJ offers enhanced strength and stiffness, providing a more responsive and controlled ride—especially noticeable during hard landings and aggressive riding. It also ensures greater compatibility with a wider range of forks, giving you more flexibility when choosing components and future-proofing your setup for upgrades down the line.

Mounting System

The INTENSE DJ frame features a universal rear brake mounting system that accommodates all rotor sizes and brake types, giving you the freedom to use the components you prefer. This versatile design allows for easy customization and ensures compatibility with a wide range of brake setups.

External Cable Routing

The INTENSE DJ is designed with simplicity and ease of maintenance in mind. Its clean, straightforward frame features external cable routing, making assembly and adjustments quick and hassle-free.
