Panigale V4 S 100

Panigale V4 S 100 is based on the Panigale V4 S: the ultimate fusion born from a magical combination of sophisticated technology and sensual beauty, heir to a successful saga. The livery is a tribute to the 750 Imola Desmo with which Paul Smart and Bruno Spaggiari won the Imola 200 race in 1972. Panigale V4 S becomes the technical and emotional support for a livery rooted in one of the most memorable chapters of Ducati history.

750 Imola Desmo
The 750 Imola Desmo was based on the 750 GT, the first production Ducati twin, but with the addition of desmodromic timing, not present on the GT, and the 500 GP livery. The Imola win represented a triumphant moment for the Borgo Panigale manufacturer, its victory over Giacomo Agostini and his MV Agusta resulting in massive popularity for Ducati.

Livery
The glittery silver colour, inspired by the 70s sci-fi trend, is reinterpreted on the contemporary forms of the seventh generation of Panigale V4. The livery is not limited to the bodywork, as the frame, subframe and swingarm also cohere with the historic bike, while the brake callipers and details in Centenary Bronze introduce a common thread used across the entire Collezione100. The Akrapovič exhaust and carbon components are in keeping with the project’s racing character.
